- Tracking Information:
- After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking details. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to be updated by our suppliers.
Returns and Refunds

- Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Returns without prior approval and a verified return address will not be accepted.

- Supplier’s Return Policy:

- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- Refunds are also subject to the suppliers' return and refund timelines, which may impact when you receive your funds.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@pureselect.net with photos and a description of the issue.
- We will coordinate with our suppliers to resolve the problem, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

- Please allow 3-7 business days for us to work with our suppliers to resolve any issues related to damaged or incorrect items. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
